BlaBlaCar is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Post-booking squad to lead frontend and backend engineers in building a scalable After-Book platform across carpool, bus, and train services. You will partner with a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and the Data team to define the vision, execute the roadmap, and foster technical excellence across the company.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a software organization with people leadership skills.
• Experience building reliable, scalable consumer-facing products using Java/Spring and frontend stacks.
• Strong English communication and ability to bridge technical and business needs.
• Track record of getting things done in a high-stakes environment.
• Experience managing development with Scrum or Kanban.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main engineering advisor to the Product Manager and stakeholders, shaping objectives and roadmaps.
• Facilitate planning and delivery of complex cross-team projects with focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with OTA, Bus, Train, and Carpool PMs to align deliveries with business goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers through regular feedback and career development.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement using modern tools and AI-driven acceleration.
