Ayvens is hiring a Product Manager – Contact Center to shape and advocate our digital product strategy in sustainable mobility. You will align product development with Ayvens business goals and ensure maximum value is delivered.

You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize the contact center and related telephony solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital product initiatives in contact center or customer experience.
• Proven track record delivering contact center/telephony transformation projects.
• Strong written and verbal English; intercultural collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Owns product vision, strategy and value creation for the product(s).
• Collaborates with stakeholders and product leadership on vision and roadmap.
• Manages the product roadmap to align with business goals and overall roadmap.
• Tracks success metrics and improves processes for efficiency.
• Quantifies investments and ensures delivery of expected value.
• Bases decisions on data and validates assumptions to de-risk choices.
• Translates business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Acts as ambassador for the product and main point of contact for queries.
• Adheres to Ayvens product framework.
