Ayvens seeks a strategic Senior Enterprise Architect to drive transformation across Finance, Risk & Compliance, HR, Legal, and Procurement. You will shape target architectures, guide investment decisions, and ensure regulatory alignment with Ayvens/Société Générale standards.

Collaboration with global teams will be essential to deliver scalable, compliant technology solutions. The role requires 7+ years in EA/IT strategy, strong stakeholder influence, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or IT Strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, HR, and Legal business processes.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, BPM/Workflow, Financial and Risk & Compliance solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, cloud technologies, and security principles.

Responsabilités

  • Own and maintain the enterprise architecture landscape for Corporate Services domains with a full inventory of applications and integrations.
  • Define target architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy and tech objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for application rationalization and cost optimization.
  • Assess business initiatives and translate needs into end-to-end architecture solutions.
  • Lead architecture governance and ensure adherence to standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Integration teams for governance.
  • Drive architecture reviews and support risk, regulatory, and investment decisions.
  • Support international transformation programs and stakeholder engagement.

Ayvens is seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to drive business and technology transformation across key Corporate Services functions, including Finance, Risk & Compliance, Human Resources, Legal, and Procurement. This strategic role is responsible for shaping the target enterprise architecture, ensuring that business requirements are fully understood, assessed, and translated into sustainable, scalable, and compliant technology solutions. The successful candidate will define transformation roadmaps, guide investment decisions, and ensure alignment between business objectives, IT strategy, regulatory requirements, and Ayvens/Société Générale standards. Working across global and local teams, the Senior Enterprise Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery organizations, and technology partners to design and govern end-to-end solutions that deliver business value, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent user experience. What are you going to do?
  • Enterprise Architecture Strategy – Own and maintain the enterprise architecture landscape for Corporate Services, including Finance, Risk & Compliance, HR, Legal, and Procurement domains with a comprehensive inventory of applications, platforms, integrations, and capabilities.
  • Define target architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technology objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for application rationalization and develop decommissioning plans to reduce complexity and optimize costs.
  • Business Alignment & Solution Design – Assess business initiatives by evaluating scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and criticality.
  • Translate business needs into end-to-end architecture solutions and transformation programs.
  • Provide architecture leadership throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives, from ideation and business case development to implementation and adoption.
  • Ensure solutions balance business value, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Architecture Governance – Ensure adherence to Ayvens and Société Générale architecture principles, standards, and governance processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Integration teams to establish and enforce enterprise-wide governance.
  • Drive architecture review activities and support decision-making through clear recommendations and impact assessments.
  • Contribute to risk management, compliance reviews, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management & Transformation Leadership – Act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for corporate function leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with central and local stakeholders across multiple countries and business entities.
  • Support strategic planning, investment prioritization, cost assessments, and business case development.
  • Define adoption roadmap for global solutions and support onboarding of local entities.
  • Identify transformation risks and dependencies and proactively propose mitigation actions.
  • Delivery – Partner with delivery teams to ensure architecture designs are successfully implemented and transitioned into operational support.
  • Ensure consistency between architectural vision, project execution, and operational objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and business performance.
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategic and pragmatic architecture leader with extensive experience in enterprise transformation and complex corporate environments.

Experience & Expertise
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or IT Strategy roles.
  • Proven experience within automotive leasing, mobility services, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, HR, and Legal business processes.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, BPM/Workflow, Financial and Risk & Compliance solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, cloud technologies, and security principles.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to define long-term architectural roadmaps.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset combined with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs in multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of sustainable mobility services, electric vehicle ecosystems, and emerging mobility business models.
