Ayvens is seeking a hands-on Data Project Manager to lead the delivery of data initiatives across the group, including the Eden Enterprise Data Engine. You will coordinate data engineers, data architects, security team, business stakeholders and any other required stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.

The role demands strong execution, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects in a data/IT transformation context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 5–10 years of experience in project management, ideally within data, analytics, or IT transformation environments.
  • Familiar with Agile or hybrid project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMP, etc.).
  • Understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, and governance concepts, on the Azure environment (ADF, Databricks).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with SG Group policies is a plus.

What are you going to do?

As our new Data Project manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of data projects most often involving one or more subsidiaries of the group and various departments within the organizations. You will contribute to the Digital transformation of the Data management organization.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful design, implementation, and adoption of data solutions that may include data platforms, analytics products, governance frameworks, and compliance programs.

You will be responsible for Data Projects within the data pillar aimed at delivering value leveraging on data.

You will play a key role in aligning business objectives with data strategy, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.

By doing this, you will contribute to the Ayvens digital & data transformation.

This offer directly concerns one major data initiative called Eden (Enterprise Data Engine), part of Ayvens’ data transformation programme, aiming at strengthening data capabilities across the group and support business, regulatory and transformation needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a hands-on Data Project Manager who can take ownership of complex data initiatives and drive them through to completion.

This role requires someone who is structured, pragmatic, and able to work and communicate at different levels.

We value reliability, accountability, and the ability to translate strategy into concrete, deliverable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has A strong execution mindset and the ability to turn plans into delivered results.

Experience dealing with complex stakeholder landscapes and managing competing priorities.

The ability to identify risks early and address them at the right level proactively.

Clear and concise communication, focused on facts and outcomes.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor/Master in Computer Science.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Experience:

5–10 years of experience in project management, ideally within data, analytics, or IT transformation environments.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in multi cultural environment.

Familiar with Agile or hybrid project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMP, etc.).

Understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, and governance concepts, on the azure environment (ADF, data bricks).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with SG Group policies is a plus.

Fluent in English
