Ayvens in Paris is seeking an experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Cybersecurity Transformation to lead the GRC function and drive cybersecurity integration following a merger. You will standardize governance, risk controls, and regulatory alignment across Ayvens and Groupe SG standards.

You will build and manage the transformation program, lead a multidisciplinary team, engage with regulators and executives, and shape the future cybersecurity operating model for the company.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in cybersecurity governance and risk management.
• Experience delivering large transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive exposure.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST and financial services regulation is desirable.
• Fluent in English.

What are you going to do?As our new experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Cybersecurity Transformation, you will lead Ayvens’ GRC activities and drive the integration of cybersecurity operations following the merger between ALD and LeasePlan. You will play a pivotal role in standardizing cybersecurity practices, harmonizing governance frameworks, processes and tools, while ensuring alignment with Société Générale Group standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for strengthening cybersecurity governance, managing risk and compliance activities, and leading a large-scale transformation program to support the future cybersecurity operating model of Ayvens.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Define and deliver the cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance strategy, roadmap, operating model and associated transformation initiatives across Ayvens.
• Lead and develop the GRC & Transformation team, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, coaching and capability development.
• Establish, maintain and continuously improve cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls and compliance assessment programs aligned with Société Générale Group requirements and applicable regulations.
• Oversee cybersecurity and IT risk management activities, including risk assessments, risk acceptance processes, audit remediation, operational risk monitoring, business continuity and crisis management.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including senior leadership, regulators, auditors, Lines of Defense (LoD2 and LoD3), IT teams and country organizations.
• Drive the cybersecurity transformation and integration program across Ayvens by harmonizing frameworks, processes, technologies and operating practices following the merger.
• Monitor program performance, prepare executive governance committees, manage escalations, track KPIs and ensure effective communication and reporting to senior management.

Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate has the strategic vision and leadership skills required to drive a complex cybersecurity transformation across a multinational organization. You are an experienced cybersecurity and risk management leader with a strong ability to build relationships across business, technology and control functions, while influencing stakeholders at executive level and delivering sustainable change in a highly regulated environment. You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience leading large-scale cybersecurity transformation and integration programs within complex international organizations.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, IT risk management, compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity policies, standards, controls, audits, risk assessments and operational resilience programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with executive leadership, regulators, auditors and control functions.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives and organizational change.
• Proven people leadership experience, including team development, resource planning and performance management.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, operational risk management and financial services regulatory environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English is required.
