Job summary

IxDF is seeking a Product Manager - Agent Experience in Europe to own the end-to-end roadmap for KAE, balancing global product goals with local client needs and agent behaviours. You will drive core metrics like CSAT and onboarding success while coordinating with UX and integration teams.

Fluency in English and French is required. This hybrid role involves 3 days in the office, EU work rights, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep experience owning end-to-end user journeys for high-frequency tools with agent research and usability testing.
• Strong knowledge of EU accessibility standards and complex platform integrations.
• Track record delivering or localizing products for external enterprise clients.
• Ability to use operational metrics to defend product decisions with a platform-first approach.
• Full professional bilingual fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Agent Experience (KAE) across Europe, aligning local needs with global goals.
• Guard agent UX consistency, partnering with UX teams to apply shared patterns.
• Lead integrations and onboarding for new KAE instances end-to-end.
• Ensure regulatory accessibility and translate market needs into engineering requirements.
• Engage clients as a platform expert, advocating config over bespoke builds.
• Participate in the full PDLC with client discovery, feedback loops, and materials.
