Job summary

Kaluza’s Product Manager - Agent Experience leads European strategy for the KAE product, shaping roadmaps that meet local agent needs while aligning with global goals. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration across product, UX, and engineering to improve agent and customer outcomes.

The role requires fluent French and English, a hybrid work model with three days in the office, and a strong background in accessibility and enterprise integrations. Travel to client sites may occur.

Qualifications

• Deep experience owning end-to-end user journeys for high-frequency operational tools.
• Strong knowledge of EU accessibility standards and integration with complex third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmaps for Kaluza Agent Experience in Europe, aligned with global goals and local client needs.
• Guard agent UX consistency, collaborate with UX and domain teams to apply shared patterns and maintain design system alignment.
