Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Product Manager for Agent Experience in Paris with openness to London, in a hybrid setup (3 days in office). You will shape the roadmap, own agent UX, and drive integrations for enterprise clients across Europe, balancing local needs with global product goals.

The role requires strong bilingual English/French capabilities and a focus on accessibility, platform integration, and measurable outcomes for client success. Travel to client sites is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end journeys for high-frequency operational tools (agent desktops) and run research, journey mapping and usability testing with agents/supervisors.
• Proven knowledge of EU accessibility standards and integrating products with complex third-party platforms.
• Deliver or localize products for external enterprise clients through discovery, configuration and change management.
• Use operational metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT) to defend product decisions; prioritize existing capabilities over bespoke code.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Agent Experience (KAE) in Europe, aligned to global product goals and local client needs.
• Guard agent UX consistency, collaborate with UX and domain teams to apply shared patterns and reduce cognitive load.
• Lead integrations and onboarding for new clients from discovery to go-live.
• Ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance through design and engineering requirements.
• Engage clients, advocate for platform-first configuration over bespoke builds.
• Contribute across the PDLC with client discovery, feedback loops and enablement materials.
