Job summary

Kaluza is the Energy Intelligence Platform, helping energy companies overcome today's challenges while accelerating the shift to a clean, electrified future. You will lead the Customer Care product strategy for ENGIE France and shape the experience for global clients within our Contact Centre Solution.

Based in Paris with hybrid work, you will drive AI-enabled automation, partner with executive stakeholders, and deliver measurable value through performance metrics and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant product leadership experience in enterprise SaaS and agile product organisations.
• Deep knowledge of contact centre operations and agent workflows.
• Experience working with French enterprise clients and localisation requirements.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Care product strategy and roadmap for France.
• Develop CCaaS and Case Management tools for efficient conversations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value and remove blockers.
• Define and track metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and NPS.
• Collaborate with ENGIE and other clients to translate needs into capabilities.
