Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Product Manager - Agent Experience to lead end-to-end roadmap and ensure a seamless agent‑facing experience across Europe. The role is based in Paris or London with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) and requires fluency in French and English.

You will own integrations, drive UX consistency, and partner with UX and clients to deliver scalable agent experiences. Travel to client sites is expected occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end user journeys for high-frequency operational tools.
• Proven ability to integrate products with complex third-party platforms.
• Track record delivering products for external enterprise clients.
• Data-informed judgment to defend product decisions using metrics.
• Full professional bilingual fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap: lead end-to-end strategy for Kaluza Agent Experience in Europe, aligned with global product goals.
• Drive core operational metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, AI adoption, onboarding) to improve outcomes.
• Drive Journey Design & UX consistency, acting as guardian of agent UX across KAE.
• Lead integrations and client onboarding for third-party platforms and new KAE instances.
• Ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance across EU requirements.
• Engage clients and drive value, advocating for platform-first configurations.
• Hands-on delivery across the PDLC and support client adoption.
