European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a senior Product Designer to lead identity design across Europe, shaping flows for EUDI and Wero. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content Design in a remote-first setup to deliver secure, accessible, and user-friendly identity experiences.

You will steer design decisions from prototype to rollout, ensuring consistency and high-quality experiences as the identity ecosystem scales across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a product-led environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and end-to-end product design.

Responsabilités

• Conceive, prototype, and deliver identity flows for EUDI and Wero.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and ship design solutions.
• Translate regulatory and trust requirements into intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
• Ensure accessibility and consistency across platforms and markets.
