Omnidoc is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer to own end-to-end design for its main products, with a strong emphasis on the Teleexpertise journey. You will lead discovery through user interviews, usability testing, and benchmarking, partnering with PMs, engineers, and partnerships teams to shape product decisions.

You will advocate design methods, contribute to the roadmap, and transform complex medical workflows into intuitive interfaces while building and maintaining Omnidoc’s design

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design.
• Experience building or contributing to a design system.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous, self-directed in fast-moving environments.
• Passion for healthcare and patient outcomes.

• Advocating for and facilitating design methods and tools to help your team deliver solutions that actually work for users
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and help prioritize the right problems
• Turn complex medical workflows into intuitive, accessible interfaces
• Build and maintain the design system
• Document design decisions and establish shared best practices
• Create collaborative and best practice sharing mindset with other designer.s to grow a culture of craft and openness

Doctor shortages are a global problem with no easy fix — but a platform that makes specialist collaboration frictionless for healthcare professionals is part of the answer. Behind every medical discussion on Omnidoc is a patient who didn’t wait six months to hear ‘you should have come earlier’ or ‘it’s nothing serious’. Your role is to contribute everyday to that specific mission, meaning :

• Own end-to-end design of Omnidoc main products with a focus on Teleexpertise journey

Who you are / profile

As a Senior/Staff Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in the product development process by ensuring the product interfaces and experiences are intuitive, engaging, and meet both user needs and functional requirements. You are the right person if you meet most part of the following :

• 7-10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio, B2B SaaS or healthcare experience is a plus
• Clear methodology: you have frameworks for navigating complex, ambiguous products and environnments
• Full-spectrum designer: research, IA, interaction, visual design, prototyping, proficient in Figma
• Proven experience building or contributing to a design system
• Have mentored or upskilled other designers
• Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to non-design & tech stakeholders
• Autonomous and self-directed in fast-moving environments
• Genuinely excited about healthcare — and the idea that good design can change patient outcomes
