Doctolib is seeking a Head of Design Systems to lead Oxygen, Doctolib's design system, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all products. You will own Oxygen, guiding cross-functional collaboration among design, engineering, and brand teams, and shape the platform that scales design quality in an AI-first environment.

Your leadership will affect millions of users and healthcare professionals worldwide.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product design or design systems with scale across multiple product teams.
Engineering fluency and understanding of AI-first software engineering as it relates to design systems.
Senior stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate priorities at Director level and above.
Data-informed and outcome-oriented approach with metrics (adoption rate, velocity, quality).
Experience in regulated, enterprise, or healthcare-adjacent contexts where accessibility (WCAG), localization (i18n, RTL) matter.
Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

Set the multi-year vision and roadmap for Oxygen, aligning eng, design, and brand; define investment strategy for teams and governance.
Establish cross-functional governance across Design, Product, Engineering, and Brand teams.
Own design output quality across the product, ensuring AI-generated interfaces are coherent, on-brand, and scalable.
Define and drive cross-organizational adoption, measure adoption rate, component coverage, and velocity.
Manage and grow a team of design system designers and engineers, setting career paths and hiring for next needs.
