Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned leader to embed Lean Manufacturing and 3P principles at the earliest stages of product and process design. You will drive global standards, influence CAPEX decisions, and shape scalable industrial systems across multiple sites and regions.

With 10-15+ years in challenging environments, you will lead Lean transformation initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and deliver faster time-to-market while reducing costs.

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years in demanding industrial environments (automotive, aerospace, advanced manufacturing)
  • Strong combination of shopfloor experience and Lean transformation leadership
  • Deep expertise in Lean / TPS (3P, VSM, takt time, single-piece flow)
  • Proven international exposure (multi-sites, multi-regions)
  • Strong influencing skills in matrix organizations
  • Track record of delivering sustainable industrial transformation
  • Fluent English

This role sits at the heart of the organization, at the interface between industrialization and manufacturing, offering a unique position to influence both production system design and operational performance at global scale.

Your role:

Reporting to the Global VP Industrialization, you will hold a highly strategic and transversal position at Group level.

Your mission is to embed Lean Manufacturing and 3P (Production Process Preparation) principles at the earliest stages of product and process design - before CAPEX commitment - to deliver simple, flexible and high-performance industrial systems.

You will operate in a global, highly matrixed environment across Business Units and Global Supply Chain, interacting with more than 25 teams worldwide.

  • Define and deploy global Lean Process Design (3P) standards

Your profile:

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 96.480 - EUR 144.720 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
