Schneider Electric is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager for France based in Grenoble. You will support the France CISO in managing local cybersecurity projects, applying security standards and coordinating with internal teams to strengthen cyber resilience.

You will lead critical information system projects, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with ANSSI standards while navigating a global project team in a complex international environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of IT/cybersecurity project experience.
  • Master’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows endpoints, networks, audits.

Responsabilités

  • Act as Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager for France.
  • Support the France CISO in managing local cybersecurity projects.
  • Apply security standards and requirements across the organization.
  • Coordinate with BU/LoB to certify products with local authorities.
  • Manage projects on critical information systems: planning, reporting, finances, suppliers.
  • Support ecosystem security and incident management processes.
  • Ensure MCS activities: risk mapping, vulnerabilities, audits and monitoring.

Description du poste

Context

Within the EMEA cybersecurity organization, you will help strengthen Schneider Electric’s cyber resilience in France by following global security programs and managing local projects requiring solid technical understanding.

Location

This role is based in rance, in Grenoble.

There no relocation for this role.

Your role

You will act as Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager for France.

You will support the France CISO in managing local cybersecurity projects, applying security standards and requirements, supporting internal organizations and reinforcing a security-first culture that enables the business while protecting and managing company risk appropriately.

Your missions
  • Know and apply ANSSI standards on Digital and Product topics, and follow local certification projects for specific products or sensitive information systems.
  • Challenge internal organizations, including BU and LoB, to maintain the target of certifying products with local authorities.
  • Manage cybersecurity projects on critical information systems, including planning, reporting, meetings, financial aspects and supplier coordination.
  • Support the security of ecosystem companies to harmonize Schneider Electric’s security posture.
  • Support the team in managing P2 incidents, resolving these incidents with all stakeholders and following related action plans.
  • Apply the cybersecurity posture in the region to strengthen Schneider Electric’s cyber resilience: internal and external exposure, incident response, debrief and action plan follow-up.
  • Manage the protection, detection and response pillars on critical information systems, and ensure MCS activities: risk assessment, cartography, vulnerabilities, audits and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with MCO teams on projects and run activities, and manage technical incidents on critical information systems from investigation to remediation.
French National Defence Requirements

This position involves working on matters related to National Defence.

As such, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Secret Clearance or already hold a valid Defence Secret Clearance granted by the relevant competent authority.

Obtaining (or maintaining) this clearance is a condition of employment for this position and may require an administrative background investigation.

Strict compliance with confidentiality requirements and security procedures is expected.

Your profile
  • You have 3+ years of experience with IT and cybersecurity projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • You hold at least a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Science or a related field; an MBA would be a plus.
  • You have good technical cybersecurity understanding, including Linux / Windows endpoints, networks, hardening, technical audits and system compliance.
  • You are able to work within a global project team and navigate a complex international environment.
  • You have an excellent level of French and English.
Your skills
  • Ability to organize and facilitate meetings or workshops across several projects at the same time.
  • Technical knowledge of firewalls, switches, servers, encryption solutions, Active Directory, PKI and cryptography.
  • Ability to analyze evidence and logs during cyber incidents, including EDR and IDS.
  • Ability to identify issues and risks, analyze underlying causes and define appropriate action plans.
  • High level of autonomy, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 51.680 - EUR 77.520 per year. The compensation range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
