Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC seeks a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 3rd shift, 7pm–7am. You will provide direct nursing care on an as-needed basis, supporting residents' health, safety, and well-being while collaborating with a caring team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Supervise and support CNAs to maintain quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
