Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care that supports residents' comfort, safety, and dignity according to individualized care plans.

You will assist with ADLs, support mobility, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care in a quieter, close-knit environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required).
• CPR certified.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Follow care plans and work closely with the nursing team.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
