Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care on an as-needed basis, upholding dignity and comfort for our residents. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling in a quiet, supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key duties include assisting with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and reporting changes in condition, while following care plans and maintaining a safe, respectful setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required).
• CPR certified.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with the nursing team.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
