Job summary
Piedmont Post Acute, a skilled nursing facility, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Piedmont, SC. Qualifications
- Active LPN license in South Carolina.
- Current CPR certification.
- Maintenance of continuing education and good standing with State Board of Nursing.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassion for underserved populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care per individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
