Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis at our Piedmont, South Carolina facility. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor residents while collaborating with physicians and the care team.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and opportunities for career advancement within our SC network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and care team.
• Support and guide CNAs and LPNs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment.
