Allianz Global Investors seeks a Business Manager within Investment Business Operations to partner with Private Markets teams, focusing on fund financing, operational matters, and cross-functional coordination. The role is based in our Paris or Frankfurt office and supports launch initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across Private Markets and external financing providers.
• Highly organized with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• 3-5 years of proven project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Good understanding of AllianzGI organization and Private Markets operations.
• Experience with fund financing implementation.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
• Data analytics and data visualization skills.

Responsabilités

• Support and contribute to the launch of new Private Markets products.
• Assess the operational complexity of new Private Markets product launch initiatives for the Investment Platform.
• Oversee fund financing arrangements for Private Market funds and coordinate related activities including establishment of credit facilities.
• Coordinate the implementation of hedging processes for Private Markets funds.
• Onboard and implement new instruments requested by Investment teams.
• Participate in projects and provide ongoing support to Portfolio Management teams.
• Coordinate with the Investment team the collection of information for Private Markets annual fund audit.
