Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid experience in financial services and/or insurance such as asset management, consulting, or investment management.
• Proven project management experience across asset management value chain.
• Experience in client-facing activities and turning ideas into concrete business cases.
• Market and client private markets expertise preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian and/or German would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as the central interface for assigned client accounts, coordinating with teams to launch, support and maintain investments across asset classes and formats.
• Collaborate with Business Development on client-facing activities to introduce strategies, retain business and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive the implementation of new managed mandates or funds across the asset management value chain, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Portfolio Management, IT/Operations, Reporting and Finance teams.
• Handle day-to-day client requests and business activities in a coordinated, results-focused way, working with colleagues and AllianzGI functions.
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects, including harmonisation across the asset management value chain and ESG-related topics.
• Manage and implement changes required by regulatory developments.
• Ensure high quality and efficiency in operational account and project management for existing and prospective client accounts.
