PGIM Ireland seeks a Senior Associate in Fund Operations to oversee SPV finance activities across Europe, notably France and Luxembourg. You will serve as a finance contact for Portfolio and Asset Management teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role focuses on control of external providers, financial/regulatory reporting, cash management, and tax considerations within an international real estate framework. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with accounting qualification advantageous.
• Real estate accounting IFRS/Lux GAAP knowledge essential.
• Fluent English and French required; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Control external service providers under a vendor governance program.
• Produce IFRS/GAAP financial reports for SPVs (open/closed-end structures).
• Coordinate financial audits with third parties; assist internal reporting and regulatory reporting.
