Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, is seeking a Master in Law student to join our Global Legal team in Paris.You will support privacy programs, draft internal policies, and assist with DPAs and risk mapping in a fast-paced, international environment. Ideal candidates bring a passion for data protection, GDPR exposure, and strong written and verbal English and French communication.

This internship offers hands-on experience in privacy governance within a tech-enabled marketplace

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Law (Bac+4/5) with interest in Data Protection and/or Artificial Intelligence.
• Interest in e-commerce and tech industry with basic GDPR knowledge.

Responsabilités

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Global Legal team and be part of our Privacy squad, alongside Christèle Deloizy.

Your Impact

• Support the implementation of data protection policies and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
• Assist in reviewing and drafting internal policies, procedures, and privacy-related communications
• Contribute to third‑party management and risk mapping activities, helping identify and mitigate data protection risks
• Prepare presentations and training materials to raise awareness of privacy and AI governance best practices across teams
• Conduct legal monitoring to track regulatory developments in data protection and artificial intelligence

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Law (Bac+4/5), ideally with a focus on Data Protection and/or Artificial Intelligence
• A genuine interest in e-commerce and the tech industry
• Some exposure to GDPR and privacy topics, through academic coursework or a previous experience

Skills:

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Autonomous, organized, and proactive — you take initiative and follow through
