Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, is seeking a Master in Law student to join our Global Legal team in Paris.You will support privacy programs, draft internal policies, and assist with DPAs and risk mapping in a fast-paced, international environment. Ideal candidates bring a passion for data protection, GDPR exposure, and strong written and verbal English and French communication.

This internship offers hands-on experience in privacy governance within a tech-enabled marketplace

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Law (Bac+4/5) with interest in Data Protection and/or Artificial Intelligence.
• Interest in e-commerce and tech industry with basic GDPR knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Support data protection policy implementation and DPAs across teams.
• Review and draft privacy-related policies and communications.
• Assist in third‑party management and risk mapping for data protection.
• Prepare training materials on privacy and AI governance for teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments in data protection and AI.
