Mirakl Labs Ads teams seek a motivated intern to help develop an AI agent that autonomously generates and executes test scenarios. You will design and run test cases, benchmark approaches, and work under experienced engineers on a cross-functional squad in Paris or Bordeaux.

You should be pursuing a software engineering or CS degree, with hands-on development experience and a passion for quality code, testing, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field and seeking a 6-month internship.
• Hands-on development experience via internship, project, apprenticeship, or personal work.
• Understanding of a programming language and comfort working with LLMs.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of an AI agent that generates and executes test scenarios.
• Design, write, and run test cases to evaluate the agent’s performance.
• Benchmark different technical approaches and document results.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and QA team members.

1. The Team You'll Join

You'll join one of the Mirakl Labs Ads teams for a six-month internship starting in January or February 2027, based in Paris or Bordeaux. You'll be part of a cross-functional Squad made up of a Senior Engineering Manager, a Product Manager, Software Engineers, and a QA Engineer.

2. Your Impact

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of an AI agent that autonomously generates and executes test scenarios, covering new feature validation, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
• Help design, write, and run test cases to evaluate the agent’s performance.
• Explore different technical approaches and contribute to benchmarking their results.
• Work under the guidance of experienced engineers and QA team members
• Contribute to the project using existing programming skills

3. What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field (engineering school, university, or career change), and looking for a 6-month internship
• First hands‑on development experience through an internship, academic project, apprenticeship, or personal project
• Good understanding of a programming language
• Proficient in working with LLMs and developing skills and/or agents
• Appreciation for software quality best practices: testing, clean code, design patterns
• Strong team player with a genuine enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and problem-solving
• Front‑end: ReactJS
• Tooling & Practices: CI/CD, Git, Docker, Monitoring

5. Languages

• French: Fluent
• English: Professional proficiency (written and spoken)

Our Hiring Process

• Manual screening of your CV by a recruiter, then an AI-powered screening conversation (10 min) with Emma, Mirakl's AI Talent Ambassador, to explore your background and motivation for the role. • Recruiter interview (30 min) — conversation about your background, motivations, and an introduction to Mirakl
• Hiring Manager interview (45 min) — technical discussion
