You will be the main technical resource on sales calls, discussing features, specifications, and integrations, and you will assist with post-sales training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in technical/pre-sales or as a systems engineer.
• Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and explain features, specs and functionality.
• Support post-sales training for identified customers.
• Contribute to customer education on encryption and authentication technologies.
