Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management or commercial roles is a plus.
• Master consultative sales techniques and turn satisfaction into referrals and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Retain and grow your portfolio: You will own an existing client portfolio and be the primary day-to-day contact.
• Local advisory: You will conduct client meetings and provide tailored advice.
• Attentive to needs: You will identify unmet client needs (upsell / cross-sell).
• Performance management: KPI will be average product penetration per client.
• Customer Success: You will ensure client retention by maintaining high satisfaction and proactively addressing dissatisfaction.
