Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a Relationship Lead to own an existing client portfolio, serving as the primary contact and driving satisfaction.

You will conduct local meetings, provide tailored advice, and identify unmet needs to upsell and cross-sell while maintaining high retention.

Your success will hinge on strong consultative sales, proactive engagement, and delivering product penetration per client.

Qualifications

• Graduation from business school or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in portfolio management or commercial roles is a plus.
• Master consultative sales techniques and turn satisfaction into referrals and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow your portfolio: Relationship Lead — You will take ownership of an existing client portfolio and become their primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis.
• Local advisory: You will conduct client meetings and provide tailored advice.
• Attentive to needs: You will identify clients’ unmet needs (upsell / cross-sell).
• Performance management: Your key performance indicator (KPI) will be the average product penetration per client.
• Customer Success: You will ensure client retention by maintaining high satisfaction and proactively handling any dissatisfaction.

Requirements

• Ideally graduated from a higher education program such as a business school (ESC), IAE, or an accounting/management curriculum.
• Experience as a portfolio manager or in more commercial roles is a plus.
• Your asset: You master consultative sales techniques and know how to turn client satisfaction into referrals and recommendations.
