Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a results-driven Advertising Sales professional to identify growth opportunities, tailor strategies, and pitch our ad solutions to senior leaders. You will map client objectives to campaigns and lead end-to-end campaigns from kickoff to reporting.

The role requires strong relationship-building, data storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while aligning expectations with brand advertisers and performance teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in advertising sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of the advertising landscape spanning brand and performance marketing.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives.
• Proven ability to use complex data sets to tell a compelling story and inform strategic recommendations.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Identify growth opportunities by understanding client objectives and challenges.
• Develop and pitch tailored strategies mapping our ad solutions to client needs and lead pitches to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate the end-to-end launch, management, and reporting of campaigns, ensuring expectations are aligned across all partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and evolve strategies to improve results against KPIs.
• Use data-led insights to demonstrate how we maximise partner spend and drive continued investment on the platform.
