Netcompany in Strasbourg seeks an IT Operations professional to ensure production system stability, performance, and security. You will provide L2 incident support, monitor health with observability tools, and coordinate with DevSecOps, DBAs, and architects to maintain service continuity.

The role requires Linux/Unix expertise, Kubernetes experience, and strong English communication. Onsite/Hybrid in Strasbourg with ~40% on-call duties, offering a diverse global project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, application support, or systems support, including at least 2 years in an L2 support role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux/Unix environments, container platforms, and monitoring/observability tools.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automation practices.
• Experience supporting APIs, middleware, integration platforms, identity and access management solutions, or web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, French is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Linux Administration, Kubernetes, or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain operational stability, availability, performance, and security of production systems.
• Provide L2 support by investigating and resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Monitor health using observability and monitoring tools, respond to alerts.
• Execute maintenance to ensure service continuity and compliance.
• Support change, release, and deployment activities including validation and rollback planning.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and incident records.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps, DBAs, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Support middleware, APIs, identity management, web infra, and CMS platforms.
