Hager Group is seeking a Sourcing Business Analyst to define, implement, and continuously improve our global Sourcing processes and digital tools. You will support stakeholders within Sourcing and across the organization, driving standardization and efficiency.

Key tasks include managing digital roadmaps, creating analyses, and enabling cross-functional projects with IT, Finance, and Logistics. Fluent English and either German or French are valued, with a 1–3 year background in a similar role.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support operation of digital Sourcing solutions.
• Create analyses and reports to maintain quality and identify improvements.
• Contribute to digital roadmaps and project support.
• Improve Sourcing processes and digital solutions.
• Develop training material and run workshops for processes and tools.
• Interface between IT and Sourcing and assist users of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Logistics, and General Management.
