Trane Technologies in Marseille is seeking an Assistant Planning F/H to support intervention planning and logistics. You will manage technician schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure client communications throughout interventions.

The role requires a Bac+2/3 with prior planning experience, IT proficiency, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. On-site work accompanies a collaborative team environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in a relevant field or equivalent.
Experience in planning and logistics of interventions is preferred.
Proficient with computers and common software.
Good verbal communication and customer service orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, and good prioritization.

Responsabilités

Process client intervention requests across channels proactively or reactively.
Coordinate technicians' schedules with workload, priorities, and emergencies with the manager.
Plan interventions based on technician capacity and geographic positioning.
Update technicians on planned work using the software.
Prepare worksites: parts and external services.
Inform clients about the progression and timelines of interventions.
Close and validate interventions with the Ops Team lead and sales.
Process and close intervention reports to enable billing transfer.
