Trane Technologies in Marseille is seeking a Technical Operations Lead (F/H) with 5+ years in refrigeration, heating, regulation, and air handling to provide regional technical support, ensure quality of field interventions, and drive customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will develop the technical skills of technicians, defend company interests in complex disputes, and contribute to on-site operation optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) in production of cold, heating, regulation or air handling.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Autonomous, organized, proactive with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide regional technical support to operations and sales teams to ensure quality of execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop technicians' technical skills and competencies.
• Defend the company's interests in resolving major disputes.
• Contribute to on-site operations optimization and reliability of interventions.
• Create technical notes and training materials; deliver trainings on field or in classroom.
