Trane Technologies is seeking a Responsable Technique Opérationnel F/H to provide regional technical support to operational and commercial teams. You will ensure execution quality, intervention efficiency, and customer satisfaction while developing technicians' skills in collaboration with team leads.

Requirements include a BAC+3 to BAC+5 in relevant fields, 5+ years of experience, autonomy, organization, dynamism, proactivity, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level to Master-level degree in refrigeration, heating, regulation or air handling.
• 5+ years' experience in the relevant domain.
• Autonomous, organized and proactive with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide regional technical support to operational and sales teams.
• Ensure quality of on-site interventions and customer satisfaction.
• Develop technicians' technical skills with Team Leads.
• Contribute to on-site operation optimization and intervention reliability.
• Create technical notes and training materials for field or classroom sessions.
• Assist operational teams in dispute resolution and coordinate with team leaders.
