A Caring Doctor (New Jersey), P.C. is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the smooth flow of clients and pets through the hospital while supporting a productive veterinary team.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient client contact and effective coordination of care, with a focus on superior service and client retention. The CSC will educate clients on wellness plans and preventive care, handle intake and documentation, and assist with invoicing and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Promote hospital services and route client/pet flow for efficiency.
• Maximize patient throughput to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet records in the system.
• Provide clear instructions and invoices to outgoing clients and schedule follow-ups.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and standard opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
