Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize productivity of the veterinary team, and ensure clear communication with clients and associates in a welcoming environment.

You will educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care, assist with documentation, scheduling, and invoicing, and support a smooth, friendly hospital experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary team.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; educate clients about pet health and services.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet history, and ID procedures for prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Maintain balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
