Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital and support the veterinary team. You will promote services, welcome clients and pets, and educate them about wellness plans and preventive care.

The role emphasizes professional client interaction, accurate documentation, appointment scheduling, and a focus on delivering outstanding service in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

• Ability to educate clients about wellness plans and services.

Responsabilités

• Promote hospital services and manage client/pet flow to maximize productivity.
• Welcoming clients and pets, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Handle client documentation, enter pet history, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with invoices, prescriptions, retail items, and follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, five-principle driven workplace.
