Air Apps is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their HR team in Paris. You will be integral in managing recruitment processes and supporting employees throughout their journey in the company.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. This fully onsite position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to innovative HR practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and employee services.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework is a significant plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination and employee data management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
