airapps is seeking a DevOps Engineer – Backend to design and automate infrastructure for our backend systems. This fully onsite position in Lisbon involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments and enhance system reliability. Successful candidates will have 3+ years of experience in DevOps and a strong proficiency in CI/CD tools, cloud services, and infrastructure automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security best practices.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance and improve infrastructure reliability.
• Establish security best practices.
• Work with teams to improve deployment efficiency.
