Datadog in Paris is seeking an HR professional to join the People Services Center, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, data maintenance, and audits to support a fast-growth tech company.

You'll collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to deliver a smooth onboarding experience, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance while helping employees with salary and stock administration.

Qualifications

• Experience handling onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for People Services questions.
• Own onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks.
• Maintain employee data and lifecycle records including audits.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and managers for smooth hiring and onboarding.
• Organize and maintain internal documentation; regular audits for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge base resources for self-service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local/regional regulations.
• Assist with salary and stock administration.
