Datadog seeks an HR Onboarding Coordinator to support the global People Team in delivering smooth onboarding and life-cycle HR processes. You will manage new hire onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes, while partnering with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure an engaging onboarding experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions through the People Services Center.
• Own administrative onboarding and offboarding execution.
• Maintain employee data across the life cycle including system changes and audits.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and managers to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.
• Organize and maintain internal documentation; perform regular audits for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge base resources to empower employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate and support new hires through onboarding and transitions.
• Assist with salary and stock administration.
