Job summary

• Proven ability to handle data quality initiatives and governance across systems.
• Experience turning complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Strong collaboration with HR, COEs, and Finance to drive reporting improvements.
• Familiarity with CSRD, IMS, SIPOC and related governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Governance: monitor, remediate, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Reporting Consolidation & Optimization: centralize reporting, ensure consistency, deploy BI tools.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: build relationships, prepare leadership presentations.
• Transversal Performance & Regulatory Coordination: monitor KPIs, support CSRD/IMS reporting, align data definitions.
