Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a France Payroll Manager to join our international team and oversee payroll operations for France (~1,600 employees). You will ensure accurate, compliant processing with outsourced partners and stay current on French regulations.

The role requires strong data analysis, SOX controls, and collaboration with Finance and HR. Fluency in French and English is essential, and prior leadership in high-volume payroll is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as Payroll Manager delivering high-volume payroll in France.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll regulations, tax and labor laws.
• Experience with SAP/ADP or similar payroll systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated leadership with team management experience.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of France payroll for ~1,600 employees.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and tax requirements in France.
• Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework.
• Collaborate with Employee Success, Finance, and other partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.
