Job summary

Hornetsecurity is seeking a Payroll and Operations Specialist (m/f/d) in France, based in Hem, to partner with employees across the HR lifecycle and own payroll processes with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The role covers France and selected international regions within an international setup.

You will coordinate payroll data, liaise with Finance and external providers, and contribute to payroll projects while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management and personnel administration.
• Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification, ideally with payroll or social administration specialization.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely for France and supported regions.
• Coordinate with Finance and external payroll providers; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Serve as main payroll contact for employees and managers; maintain data confidentiality.
