Zusammenfassung

Hornetsecurity France is seeking a Payroll Specialist & Operations Specialist to manage payroll for the French region and select international regions. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, support employees and managers, and drive improvements across processes and systems.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR, harmonise procedures, and participate in international payroll initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Experience with payroll management and personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll practices and social regulations.
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Process payroll accurately and on time for France and assigned regions.
• Prepare and verify payroll data, salary calculations, deductions and variable compensation.
• Serve as main payroll contact for employees, managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate payroll records in HR/payroll systems; coordinate with external providers and authorities.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to support monthly closing and payroll reporting.
• Contribute to payroll projects and continuous process improvement, harmonisation and internationalisation.
