Contentsquare, an experience analytics leader in Paris, offers a payroll apprenticeship to support monthly payroll for 460 employees. You will engage with ADP Decidium and Workday, ensuring accurate data, salary calculations, and regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and collaboration within a small payroll team. The apprenticeship (1–2 years) targets Licences or Master’s in Payroll/HR, with hybrid work options and access to diverse benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Payroll or HR.
• Apprenticeship contract for 1–2 years.
• Strong interest in Payroll and accuracy.
• Excel skills and numerical calculations.
• Internship or first job experience welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Participate in monthly payroll production using ADP Decidium.
• Retrieve monthly payroll data from HRIS (Workday).
• Enter and verify payroll data; maintain employee records in ADP Decidium.
• Calculate and process salaries, social charges, and taxes per French regulations and SYNTEC.
• Liaise with Social Security, Prévoyance, and other agencies.
