A leading payroll services company is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for a 6-month contract in Paris. This role requires strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and experience in multinational environments. The ideal candidate will manage payroll mergers, handle sickness and vacation payments, and liaise with payroll vendors. Proficiency in French and strong communication skills are essential. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.

• Manage the deregistration of France entities.
• Administer France CBAs, leaver processes, and redundancies.
• Handle sickness (long- and short-term), RTT, vacation, and holiday payments.
• Process WoCo payments and settlement agreement payments.
• Administer training taxes and other payroll-related taxes.
• Manage company cars, private health insurance, and supplementary pensions.
• Liaise with payroll vendors and resolve employee payroll queries.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with local authorities in France.
