Contentsquare, a leader in experience analytics, seeks an apprentice in Payroll to support monthly payroll for 460 employees in France. You will work with ADP Decidium and Workday, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with the SYNTEC agreement, and clear communication with Social Security and Prévoyance.

Ideal candidate is pursuing a Licence/Master in Payroll or HR (Bac+3 to Bac+5), with strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Licence or master’s in Payroll or HR (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
• Interest in Payroll
• English proficiency: intermediate
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Comfort with IT tools and numerical calculations
• First professional experience (internship, summer job) appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the monthly payroll production process using ADP Decidium
• Retrieve the monthly payroll data from our HRIS (Workday)
• Enter and verify payroll data, maintain and update employee records in ADP Decidium
• Calculate and process salaries, social charges, and taxes according to French regulations and our bargaining agreement (SYNTEC)
• Contact with agencies such as Social Security or Prévoyance
• Handle the recovery of daily social security indemnities (IJSS)
• Monitor sick leave until the initiation of the Prévoyance and ensure follow-up of active claims
• Generate and distribute payslips to employees via Peopledoc
• Get involved in recurring payroll cycle activities (certifications, reporting)
• Respond to queries from employees, third parties, and stakeholders
