Contentsquare is seeking an apprentice to support payroll operations in France, helping to deliver monthly payroll for 460 employees with accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with the Senior Payroll Specialist in the French Payroll Team, using ADP Decidium and Workday, handling payslips, social charges, and tax calculations under SYNTEC guidelines while maintaining an employee-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Licence or Master’s in Payroll or HR (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• Interest in Payroll roles and precise numerical work.
• English at an intermediate level and strong Excel capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Participate in monthly payroll production using ADP Decidium.
• Retrieve payroll data from HRIS (Workday) and verify records.
• Enter and verify payroll data; update employee records in ADP Decidium.
• Calculate salaries, social charges, and taxes according to French regulations (SYNTEC).
• Communicate with Social Security and Prévoyance agencies.
• Support recovery of daily social security indemnities (IJSS).
• Monitor sick leave and Prévoyance follow-up for active claims.
• Generate and distribute payslips via Peopledoc.
• Assist with recurring payroll cycle activities and reporting.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries.
